Summary:
The primary role of Manager of Enterprise Business Info systems is to manage technical and functional analysts or leads who are in turn responsible in the implementations of new affiliates, product support, production support and upgrades or new releases relative to PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain and HR/Payroll applications.
Essential Functions:
Communicates and interacts effectively with all projects team personnel, user personnel, and department management. Coordinates and manages activities of Systems Analysts and Programmers on all projects. Prioritizes activities and coordinates team tasks according to project schedule. Informs Management of projects status, problems and projections, while completing assigned tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with project plan. Takes ownership of managing incidents and initiatives affecting site's IT environment. Works with team in future onboarding of any new businesses. Required to stay on call schedule for off work hours and weekends. Help management with various vendors contract negotiations and manage their relationships. Performs any other functions within as demanded by management. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members Job Requirements:
Ten (10) or more years of experience with some or all of PeopleSoft applications in Financials (General Ledger, Security, Asset Management, Lease Management, Supply Chain modules, Accounts Payable, Expenses). Must have Ten (10) or more years of experience managing projects and resources in General Ledger. Must have a good record of being a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Must have proven record to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Must be able to function in a fast-paced and challenging office environment. Must be able to accept customer needs to constantly reprioritize projects. Hands on experience on Asset Management and Lease Management modules is a big plus. Knowledge of Human Capital management is a plus. Master s degree in Computer Science is a big plus. Experience in the health care industry helpful. Ability to support enterprise applications like PeopleSoft and Lawson in HR, Payroll, AP, GL and Material management areas. Will be required to travel to different affiliates within the health care system as needed. Other Duties:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product Management, Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
