Monmouth Park has a career opportunity for the position of Detective
Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations for the Security Department.
Process and evaluate information received.
Prepare accurate and detailed reports.
Maintain security and confidentiality of information created or encountered in the performance of assigned duties.
Recognize and report situation/conditions that are potentially dangerous Adhere to work schedule.
Follow company policies and procedures as described in the company handbook.
Qualifications:
Previous security experience necessary Retired police officer preferred Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner.
Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (orally and in writing) Must have flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to pass background/drug screening.
Must have a valid driver's license.
